We build it on your floor. Until it runs.

A Frontlink engineer works inside your company, next to the people who do the work. Not a package you have to set up yourself.

How it goes.

  1. We walk the floor

Our engineer walks the floor and the warehouse with you and sees where the time goes. Together we pick the first process and agree which result we measure.

  2. We build on site

The engineer builds on your own data and your ERP, inside your company. Your people work with it every week and steer.

  3. It runs, we stay

After go-live the same engineer stays responsible. We measure the result, adjust and take on the next process together.

What it costs.

You pay for what it delivers, not for hours.

A fixed price to build

Per process, agreed upfront. From €20,000.

A monthly fee on results

From €750 a month, plus a part tied to what we make measurable together upfront, such as hours saved or fewer errors.

We earn when it works

If it delivers less, you pay less.

What we ask of you.

  1. Someone who knows the process

An employee who does the work every day and has time to think along and test.

  2. Access to the floor

Our engineer works on site, so we ask for a desk and access to your ERP and email.

  3. Honest numbers

How long the work takes now and how often it goes wrong. That is what we measure the result against.

Frequently asked questions.

How long until the first process runs?

Usually a few weeks. We agree the schedule with you upfront.

How do we measure the result?

Before we start we record together how the process runs today, for example the hours it takes or the number of errors. The monthly fee follows the improvement against that starting point.

Do we have to replace our ERP?

No. Frontlink works alongside your ERP. Orders, items and stock stay there, Frontlink writes back what happens on the floor and in the warehouse.

Who manages the platform?

We do. Management, updates and support are included in the monthly fee.
