This notice explains how Frontlink handles personal data when you visit frontlink.nl, book a call or email us.

Who is responsible

Frontlink, the operator of frontlink.nl, is responsible for the personal data described in this notice. Contact us at hello@frontlink.nl with privacy questions or requests.

Data we collect

When you book a call through the calendar on this site, the booking service Cal.com collects the name, email address and any notes you enter, and passes them to us. When you email us, we receive your email address, name and whatever you write. When you visit the site, we measure how it is used; the next section explains how. When you enter your work email on the homepage, we store that address in our customer system (Attio) and send you one confirmation email with a link to book a call.

Website analytics and cookies

We use PostHog (EU cloud, Frankfurt) to see which pages visitors read and how they move through the site, and Vercel Speed Insights to measure loading speed. Until you choose, and if you decline, PostHog counts visits without cookies or other identifiers stored on your device, using a daily changing hash that does not identify you. If you click Allow, PostHog stores an identifier in your browser, records sessions with form fields masked and links your visits together. If you then leave your work email or book a call, we connect those visits to you, so we can follow up about what interests you. When you leave your work email on the homepage, we also record that submission in PostHog under your email address, on the same basis as storing it in Attio. Links in the emails we send you carry a personal code. When you open one, we record in PostHog which page you opened, under your email address; if you have clicked Allow, we also connect the rest of that visit to you. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. If you switch language on the site, your browser keeps that choice for a year in a small cookie that holds only the language, so frontlink.nl opens in it next time.

Why we use it

We use this information to hold the call you booked, answer your question and follow up about Frontlink. The legal bases are taking steps at your request before a potential agreement and our legitimate interest in responding to genuine enquiries and keeping the website working well. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing without separate permission.

Service providers and transfers

We share data only with providers that help us run the website, bookings and email, including Vercel (hosting and speed measurement), PostHog (website analytics, hosted in the EU), Cal.com (booking), Attio (customer management), Cloudflare (email) and our email provider. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and email correspondence for up to 24 months after your last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or we need a shorter or longer period to meet a legal obligation or resolve a dispute. Analytics data that is not linked to you is kept for up to 24 months; analytics linked to you follows the same period as your correspondence.

Your rights

Depending on your circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or transfer your data, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email hello@frontlink.nl to exercise a right. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
