Privacy policy

This notice explains how Frontlink handles personal data submitted through frontlink.nl, including the waitlist.

Last updated: 15 July 2026

01

Who is responsible

Frontlink, the operator of frontlink.nl, is responsible for the personal data described in this notice. Contact us at hello@frontlink.nl with privacy questions or requests.

02

Data we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your name, company, work email address, preferred language, and any optional message. We also process limited request information to prevent abuse. IP addresses are converted into keyed, non-reversible rate-limit identifiers and are not stored in the waitlist record.

03

Why we use it

We use this information to manage your requested waitlist registration, confirm it, respond to your enquiry, and contact you about Frontlink access. The legal bases are taking steps at your request before a potential agreement and our legitimate interest in responding securely to genuine enquiries. We do not use waitlist details for unrelated marketing without separate permission.

04

Service providers and transfers

We share data only with providers that help us host the website and infrastructure, operate the database, and deliver email, including Vercel and Cloudflare. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not sell personal data.

05

How long we keep it

We retain waitlist details for up to 24 months after your last interaction, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we need a shorter or longer period to meet a legal obligation or resolve a dispute. Delivery and abuse-prevention records are kept only as long as operationally necessary.

06

Your rights

Depending on your circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or transfer your data, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email hello@frontlink.nl to exercise a right. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
