Stock per lot, always current.

Frontlink knows per lot what is there, where it is and how long it is good for. The warehouse picks by shelf life, stock matches what was really used, and a lot can be traced in one click.

A day in the warehouse.

Everything runs on the scanner: what comes in, where it is, what goes to the line and what goes out the door. On the right the screen, and on the floor plan where it happens.

  1. 1 / 7Receiving

The truck is here. The operator picks the purchase order, scans, and fills in lot and expiry. If it needs checking, it goes into quarantine first.

  2. 2 / 7Putaway

Frontlink creates the putaway task. Scan where it comes from and where it goes, and it's in the right place.

  3. 3 / 7Picking

Scan the location, then the lot. Frontlink steers to what expires first, and refuses a lot that isn't allowed or doesn't match.

  4. 4 / 7Staging at the line

For what starts soon, the warehouse stages the materials at the line. The operator finds them there, on time.

  5. 5 / 7Receiving production

The finished product comes into the warehouse. The label with order, item, lot and quantity prints straight away.

  6. 6 / 7Counting

A cycle count per location. A difference is reviewed and only goes to your ERP after approval.

  7. 7 / 7Shipping

Pick, pack, ship. The shipment belongs to the customer's sales order.

First what expires first.

If there are several lots of the same item, Frontlink steers to the lot that expires first. Lots with too little remaining shelf life are skipped.

Labels that are right straight away.

At receiving, production and shipping the label comes out of the printer with what needs to be on it. Nobody has to retype it.

  • From the process

The label follows from what happened: the receipt, the production, the shipment.

  • On your printers

On the label printers you already have, also through your own label software.

  • Scannable

With a barcode, so the next step is scanning again.

Stock that matches your ERP.

What the warehouse does goes back to your ERP: receipts, issues, production and counts. If something fails, you see it and start it again.

  • Every movement once

A receipt or issue goes to your ERP exactly once. No double bookings.

  • Errors visible

If sending fails, it shows under sync issues and you can retry it.

  • Also without signal

The scanner keeps what happens and sends it as soon as there is a connection again.

Traceable, both ways.

Because every issue and receipt belongs to an order, you can go from a finished lot back to its raw material lots, and from a raw lot forward to what was made with it.
