Order status, stock and certificates, without a phone call.
Brand owners call and email to ask where their order is, how much of their packaging you still hold and when the certificate comes. In the Frontlink customer portal they see it themselves, live from your floor and your ERP, and only what is meant for them.
What your customer sees, without calling.
Brand owners want to know where their order is, what of theirs is in stock and whether the documents are ready. In the customer portal they see it themselves. A tour, as your customer sees it.
- 1 / 6Only for your customer
Your customer gets in by invitation and with two-step verification. Each user only sees their own company's data.
- 2 / 6Orders and progress
Which orders are running, what is planned and what was delivered. With every order the materials and whether they're in stock.
- 3 / 6The customer's stock
Labels, jars or finished product that belong to the customer and are held by you, per lot. No more spreadsheet by email.
- 4 / 6Receipts and deliveries
What came in for the customer and what went out. With date, quantities and lots.
- 5 / 6Documents ready to take
Specifications and certificates in your house style, without your supplier's name. Shareable with a link.
- 6 / 6The release certificate
Per order, with the customer's reference, the lots used and the allergen and organic statement. Ready as soon as quality releases it.
What Frontlink does for you here.
- Orders and progress, live
Every order with its status from planned to delivered, the expected finish and whether the materials are in. Straight from planning and the floor, not a list someone keeps up by hand.
- Their stock with you
Labels, jars, raw materials and finished product that belong to the customer, per lot, with every receipt and delivery. The monthly stock spreadsheet by email goes away.
- Certificates the moment you release
Release certificates, certificates of analysis and specifications in your house style, without your suppliers' names. Published as soon as quality releases the batch.
Ask Frontlink.
Frontlink knows the context of your orders, lines and stock. You ask a question in plain language, Frontlink works it out and prepares what is needed. Where it matters, you decide.
Which customers have not opened their release certificates this week?
- Listed this week's releases
- Checked which documents were opened
- Found two customers
Two of the nine certificates are still unopened: 88213 for Naturel & Co and 88236 for Vitaal Nutrition. Both orders ship on Friday. Shall I send their buyers a reminder?
What it looks like in practice.
Quality releases batch 88190 at 11:10. The release certificate is in the customer's portal straight away and their buyer gets an email with a link. Nobody at your office has to send it.
Example with fictional data.
Problems this solves.
- Manual batch review causes release delaysBatch paperwork slows release. Missing signatures and incomplete forms create rework that adds days to the release cycle.
- Batch and lot traceability has gaps in internal genealogyYou can trace one step back and one step forward, but internal transformations (mixing, splitting, rework) are painful to reconstruct.
Frequently asked questions.
Who can see what?
Your customer's users get in by invitation and with two-step verification. Each user sees only their own company's orders, stock and documents. You decide per customer which parts the portal shows.
Does the portal show our suppliers' names or prices?
No. Certificates and specifications are converted to your house style, and supplier names, purchase prices and internal notes stay inside.
Where does the data come from?
Orders and items come from your ERP. Progress, lots, stock and releases come from the floor and the warehouse in Frontlink. Nobody keeps the portal up to date by hand.
Can a customer share a document with someone who has no account?
Yes, with a link to one document or overview. You can withdraw the link at any time.
Can we start with only the portal?
Yes. You can start with orders, stock and documents from your ERP, and add live progress from the floor later. The portal grows along.
