What Frontlink costs.

A pilot on one process, a fixed price to build, then a monthly fee that moves with the results. You pay for what it delivers, not for hours.

From pilot to monthly fee.

  1. Pilot€5,000one-off, about 6 weeks

One process, built and in use on your floor. We record how it runs today first, so you see what it delivers in your own numbers.

If you continue, this amount comes off the build price.
  2. Buildfrom €20,000fixed price per process

Agreed upfront, even if it takes longer than expected. Our engineer builds it inside your company, until it runs.

The connection to your ERP is included.
  3. Monthlyfrom €750per month, plus a part based on results

The base fee covers hosting, maintenance, updates and the same engineer. The results part is agreed per customer, from the measured starting point.

If it delivers less, you pay less.

All amounts exclude VAT.

What the monthly fee includes.

  1. The same engineer

Whoever builds it stays responsible after go-live: measuring the results, adjusting and taking on the next process with you.

  2. Hosting and backups

The platform runs in a data centre in Germany, with a backup every night.

  3. Updates and support

Improvements arrive on their own. Questions go to someone who knows your process.

  4. The edge gateway

If we connect machines, our engineer installs and maintains the gateway.

What sets the price.

  1. The number of processes

Each process has its own fixed build price. Start with one and add more later.

  2. How much gets connected

Your ERP is included. Machines, scales or a web shop make the build bigger.

  3. The number of sites

A second plant or warehouse with its own way of working needs its own setup on the floor.

  4. What it delivers

The results part follows the improvement we measure together. The base fee stays the same.

Frequently asked questions.

What does Frontlink cost?

A pilot on one process costs €5,000 and takes about six weeks. We then build the process for a fixed price from €20,000, with the pilot deducted. After that you pay from €750 a month, plus a part that moves with the measured results. All amounts exclude VAT.

What do we get in the pilot?

One process, built and in use on your floor. We record how it runs today and measure what it delivers after six weeks. You decide whether to continue based on your own numbers.

What if we stop after the pilot?

Then you only pay for the pilot. If you continue, the €5,000 comes off the build price in full.

How is the results part set?

Before we start, we record together how the process runs today, for example the hours it takes or the number of errors. We agree per customer which share of the improvement goes into the monthly fee. If it delivers less, you pay less. The base fee stays the same.

Why a fixed price and not hours?

Because then the risk sits with us. If the build takes longer than expected, that is at our cost.

Do we have to replace our ERP?

No. Frontlink works next to your ERP, so there is no ERP project on top. The connection is part of the build.
