Ask your own AI what is happening in production.

Already working in Claude or ChatGPT? Connect it to Frontlink and ask about orders, planning, stock, lots and checks. It answers from your live data and prepares changes that someone in your team approves.

What it is for.

Frontlink offers an MCP server. MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is the open standard AI assistants use to work with other software. Claude and ChatGPT connect through it, and you sign in with your own Frontlink account.

It is meant for people who already spend their day in an AI assistant: a planner checking which orders are at risk, a quality manager tracing a lot, a manager who wants to know why a line was slow. They ask in their own words and get the answer from Frontlink itself, not from a copy.

How you connect.

  1. Your administrator allows it

Your company decides whether AI assistants may connect to Frontlink and which actions they may prepare.

  2. Add Frontlink to your assistant

In Claude you add Frontlink as a connector, in ChatGPT as an app. Both go through the Frontlink MCP server.

  3. Sign in with your own account

You log in with your Frontlink account. The assistant then sees exactly what you may see, and no more.

  4. Ask, check, approve

Ask in your own words. When the assistant prepares a change, you see it as a proposal and decide whether it goes ahead.

The same rules for every AI.

MCP, API and CLI are three ways in to the same Frontlink. Whichever one you use, these rules apply.

  • The same tools as Frontlink AI

MCP, API and CLI open the same tools Frontlink AI uses. There is no separate back door with logic of its own.

  • Never more permissions than the user behind it

Every request runs with the permissions of the person behind it. What they may not do in the screens, their AI or script cannot do either.

  • Changes wait for approval

A change an AI prepares is a proposal. It only happens after someone with the right role approves it.

  • Every action recorded, human or AI

Who asked, what changed and when, in the same history as the work done in the screens.

Frequently asked questions.

What is MCP?

MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is an open standard AI assistants use to connect to other software. Frontlink offers an MCP server, so Claude and ChatGPT can work with your Frontlink data.

Which assistants can connect?

Claude on the web, the desktop app and Claude Code, and ChatGPT. Which ones you can use depends on your Claude or ChatGPT plan and its settings.

Can the assistant change data by itself?

No. It can prepare a change, such as moving an order. That change only happens after someone with the right role approves it.

Do we need Claude or ChatGPT to use AI in Frontlink?

No. Frontlink has its own AI built in. MCP is for people who already work in an AI assistant every day and want Frontlink there too.
