Cleaning products, safe in every step.

Detergents, disinfectants and industrial cleaners, often in your customer's packaging. Frontlink guides mixing and filling, keeps hazardous raw materials in view and records every batch.

The weighing room, portion by portion.

Mixing starts with weighing. Frontlink splits the order into portions that fit the mixer, checks every weighing and prepares the charge protocol.

  1. 1 / 7The order

An order for 480 kg of day cream. The materials and quantities come from your ERP.

  2. 2 / 7Portions for the mixer

The mixer takes 300 kg. Frontlink splits the order into two portions of 240 kg, in the same proportions.

  3. 3 / 7Scan what gets weighed

The operator scans each lot. Only what was issued to this order may go on the scale.

  4. 4 / 7Within tolerance

The emulsifier weighs 19.41 kg, above the limit. The screen stops it. Proceeding is only possible with a supervisor's approval.

  5. 5 / 7Surplus back

Weighed too much? The surplus is reversed and goes back to stock, with the right lot.

  6. 6 / 7Ready for mixing

All materials of the portion are weighed and within spec. The portion is ready for the mixer.

  7. 7 / 7The charge protocol

Tolerance, in-process measurements, visual check and the assessment, signed off by the team lead.

What is different in this industry.

  1. Hazardous raw materials

Acids, lyes and solvents need their own storage and handling. Frontlink shows the hazard and the protection required at the step where the operator needs it.

  2. Concentrations that hold

A product only works at the right concentration. Checks such as pH and density are recorded per batch, and a value outside the norm stops the next step.

  3. Many customer labels

The same formulation goes out under many brands and pack sizes. Frontlink checks per order that the right label, hazard symbols included, is at the line.

What it looks like in practice.

A batch of floor cleaner measures a pH just above the norm. Frontlink holds the batch, the operator adds the correction from the formulation and the second measurement releases the batch for filling.

  • pH 10.2, within norm11:45

Frequently asked questions.

Can Frontlink show safety information per step?

Yes. Per step you record the hazard, the protection and the instructions, and the operator sees them on the tablet before starting.

Do you handle product registrations?

No. Registrations stay with your regulatory team. Frontlink records per batch what was made, with which raw materials and checks, which is the record they need.

We fill IBCs and small bottles. Does that work?

Yes. One batch can be filled into several pack sizes, each with its own order and label.
