Orders from Gmail, read instead of retyped.
If your company runs on Google Workspace, Frontlink reads the shared order mailbox in Gmail. Customer, items and dates are recognised and the order waits for one click.
Gmail and Frontlink.
Frontlink connects to Gmail through Google Workspace. It reads a shared order address or group, recognises purchase orders in attachments and email text, and prepares them with the right customer and items for one click.
It fits companies on Google Workspace whose orders arrive by email and who want them in the planning without retyping, while replies keep going out from their own address.

What moves between them.
- Purchase orders are recognised
Attachments and plain emails are read, and the order is filled in with the right customer and item codes.

When a customer asks about an order, your team sees where it is on the floor without calling anyone.

Confirmations and delivery updates go out from your Gmail, in the same thread.
How we connect it.
- You choose the mailbox
A shared address or group such as orders@. Nothing else is read.
- Access through Google Workspace
Your administrator approves Frontlink once in the Google Workspace admin console.
- Start with your top customers
We begin with the customers who send the most orders and add the rest step by step.

Frequently asked questions.
Is our email stored with Frontlink?
Only the emails that become an order or request are kept with that order, so you can always trace where it came from.
Can we use Gmail and Outlook together?
Yes. Some companies have both, for example after an acquisition. Each mailbox is connected separately.
Which file formats can Frontlink read?
PDF, Excel, CSV, Word and plain email text, including scanned PDFs.
Does it work with a personal Gmail account?
Frontlink is built for Google Workspace accounts, so your administrator stays in control of access.
