Orders from Outlook, read instead of retyped.
Customers keep emailing their purchase orders as they always have. Frontlink reads the shared Outlook mailbox, recognises the customer and items, and prepares the order for one click from your sales office.
Outlook and Frontlink.
Frontlink connects to Microsoft Outlook and Exchange Online through Microsoft 365. It reads a shared order mailbox, recognises purchase orders in PDFs, Excel files and email text, and prepares them as orders with the right customer, item codes, quantities and delivery dates.
It is meant for sales and customer service teams that receive dozens of orders a day by email and type them over into the ERP. Nothing is sent or booked without a person approving it.

What moves between them.
- Purchase orders are recognised
PDFs, Excel files and plain emails are read. Customer, items, quantities and delivery date are filled in for you.
- Questions are answered faster
When a customer asks where an order is, the status is already next to the email, straight from the floor.
- Confirmations go out from your address
After approval the customer gets a confirmation from your own mailbox, in the thread they started.
How we connect it.
- You choose the mailbox
Usually a shared mailbox such as orders@. Personal mailboxes stay out of it.
- Access through Microsoft 365
Your administrator approves Frontlink in Microsoft 365, limited to the mailboxes you choose.
- It learns your customers
We start with your largest customers. Every correction your team makes improves the next order.

Frequently asked questions.
Does anything get sent without us?
No. Every order and every confirmation waits for approval by someone in your team.
What about customers who order through a portal?
Portal orders often arrive as an email or a file too. What does not, we look at per customer.
Which file formats can Frontlink read?
PDF, Excel, CSV, Word and plain email text, including scanned PDFs.
Does it work with Exchange on premises?
Exchange Online is the standard route. For Exchange on your own servers we look at the options with your IT.
